Getting started

• Create your organization Set up your business in Spheyas — the name, form and type of the organization, its preferences, and everything that exists once it is saved.
• Your chart of accounts How Spheyas seeds your chart of accounts, where to find it, and how to add, edit or remove accounts as your business changes.
• Add users and your accountant Invite people to your organization, understand the five roles, and give your accountant their own login without paying per seat.

Invoicing

• Send your first invoice Create an invoice, add line items and taxes, and send it to your client as a PDF or a shareable link.
• Convert a quote to an invoice Turn an accepted quote, proforma or shipped delivery note into an invoice without retyping the line items.
• Create a credit note Issue a credit note for an invoice and apply it against what your client owes, so both your books and theirs stay honest.
• Record a payment Record full and partial payments against an invoice, see the status move, and understand what overdue really means.

Bills & purchases

• Record a bill Enter the bills you owe, track what is due, and record payment when you pay them — the purchase-side mirror of invoices.
