Your plan and billing
What the Free plan includes, its monthly limit, how early access works, and what each paid plan adds.
Spheyas is priced per business, never per seat: every plan includes unlimited users and unlimited clients. What changes between plans is what the software does.
The Free plan
Free is $0, forever, and does not expire. It covers:
- 20 finalized documents a month. Drafts never count — only documents that have been sent do.
- Full invoicing and accounting.
- Customer portal sharing.
- Unlimited users and clients.
No card is required to start.
Early access billing
Billing has not started yet: while Spheyas is in early access, every plan is free. The pricing page shows what each plan will cost when billing begins.
The paid plans
- Standard — $12 a month: everything in Free, unlimited documents, and your own branding on the documents your customers see.
- Premium — $29 a month: everything in Standard, plus recurring invoices, bulk operations, multiple branches and regions, portal messaging and acknowledgements, and an organization-wide activity log with export.
Annual billing gives two months free on either paid plan.
