Two lines of detail usually saves a day of back-and-forth. Where it applies, tell us:
- The name of your organization in Spheyas, so we can find the right account.
- The document type and number — invoice, bill, quote, payment.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, if anything looked wrong on screen.
Never send your password. We will never ask for it.
