Joining and Using Spheyas

This section explains how to create an account, your role, what happens when you invite others, and the responsibilities of subscribers and invited users.

• You and Spheyas: "You" refers to the user or the entity you represent. "Spheyas", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Hiranyavarna.
• Our services: These include all current and future online and mobile accounting products we offer.
• Creating a subscription: You become a subscriber once you create an account and accept these terms. You are responsible for billing.
• Invited users: These users must also accept the terms. Subscribers are responsible for their activities and access.
• Roles and permissions: Subscribers manage permissions and user roles.

Pricing

Unless you’re on a trial or promotion, you’ll pay a monthly subscription fee as outlined on our website. Fees may vary by region and include or exclude taxes like VAT or GST.

• We may change pricing at any time. Continued use implies agreement.
• Failure to pay may lead to suspension or termination of service.
• We retain the right to modify, introduce or discontinue features.

Data Use and Privacy

Your privacy matters. We explain how we use and protect your data in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to that policy.

• We do not claim ownership over your data. You grant us a license to use it only to provide and improve services.
• We may use anonymised, aggregated data for analytics. This data is not personally identifiable.
• We comply with GDPR and CCPA. You can request access to or deletion of your personal data.

Third-Party Services and Payment Processors

Spheyas may use third-party services, such as PayPal or Stripe, for payment processing. Their terms and privacy policies apply as well. We are not liable for issues arising from their use.

Security

We take your data security seriously. Although we use industry best practices, no method is completely secure. Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication.

Confidentiality

We both agree to protect each other’s confidential information. We won’t disclose it unless required by law.

Modifications and Availability

We strive for 24/7 availability but maintenance or updates may cause downtime. We’ll notify you if possible.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. You’ll be notified about significant changes.

Termination

Both you and we can terminate this agreement with one month’s notice. If you breach terms, we may terminate access immediately.

We do not offer refunds upon termination. Your data may be retained briefly after termination for legal and operational purposes.

Limitations of Liability

We provide services "as is" without warranties. We’re not responsible for indirect losses or damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage resolution through our support team first. If unresolved, arbitration or small claims court will be used instead of general courts.
