Notes to the plans
- What counts as a document. Only finalized documents count toward the Free plan's monthly limit. Drafts never count, so you can build and revise as much as you like.
- Reaching the Free limit. Nothing is taken away. Everything you've already created stays exactly as it is — you just can't finalize new documents until the month turns over, or until you upgrade.
- Running more than one business. Create as many organizations as you need. Each one carries its own plan, and each one starts on Free.
- Annual billing. Pay for the year up front and two months come off the price: $120 a year for Standard, $288 a year for Premium.
- When billing starts. Every feature is free today while billing is still being built. This schedule is published now so the price is never a surprise later.
- Recurring invoices and bulk operations. These two are still being built and will land on Premium during early access — before any plan is ever charged for. Everything else on this schedule works today.
- The money-back guarantee. The guarantee covers your first payment on a paid plan, monthly or annual, for 30 days from the day we charge it. Ask and we refund it in full — you don't have to justify it. Cancelling later is always free, and you're never billed again after you cancel; the guarantee is about the first payment specifically, not every renewal.
